Mr. Advait Kurlekar, an expert in Business Strategy, Balanced Scorecard, and HR consulting, leads projects across diverse sectors like BFSI, automotive, and FMCG. With over 30 years of experience at Tata Motors, AF Ferguson, and PwC, he founded Upohan Management Consultants and teaches at SP Jain Global. A Charter Member of TiE Pune, he chairs its startup mentoring program and holds key roles in organizations like IITBAA and SPPU Research Park Foundation. An IIT Bombay alum, he also studied at Wharton Business School.
