Mr. Raman Nanda, has served as a visiting faculty member at Flame University, specializing in the professionalization of family businesses. He has also conducted sessions at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode and Udaipur as part of their Senior Management Program. At The Captains’ Club, Mr. Nanda engages participants in key areas such as Leadership and Personal Mastery, Scaling Up and Growth, and Navigating Difficult Conversations.

Mr. Raman Nanda, with a versatile career as CFO, CHRO, CMO, CEO, and President across Tata Group, Murugappa Group, MNCs, and startups, founded STEP Transformations in January 2020 to drive business growth and leadership excellence.
