- An immersive residential program for 2 full days a month, spread over 6 months. (Typically, one Friday and Saturday every month)

- Participants will be assigned to teams of ~4 each (Buddy Learning Group) depending on their industry, background, age and location, for group work and as a cohort for the future.

- Participants would be assigned to teams of ~ 4 each depending on their industry, background, age and location, for group-work and as a cohort for the future.

- One each in December 2023 and in May 2024.

- In total, 40 sessions over 6 months, with an average of over three sessions a day
- Participants would be assigned to teams of a 5 each depending on their industry, background, age and location, for group-work and as a cohort for the future.
- Most classes will have preparatory work.
