It is on the verge of becoming a significantly larger multi-trillion-dollar economy by the convergence of various factors, including the advent of industry 4.0, the pursuit of self-reliance under Atma Nirbhar Bharat, substantial investments in critical infrastructure, fortified defence capabilities, burgeoning aerospace ventures, and the rapid advancement of semiconductor technologies. Collectively, these developments serve as the compass guiding the nation towards an auspicious trajectory of growth.

While such leaders are unified by an unquenchable thirst for turning their aspirations into reality, however, there will be a need for further nurturing their business acumen and hone their leadership prowess enabling them to achieve their ambitious scaling up objectives with profitability.

It is in this context that the CII Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence for Leadership, which is focused on grooming current and future leadership for the” new India” in partnership with STEP Transformations Pvt Ltd (STPL), a leading organisation that specialises in conceptualising and implementing leadership development programs to help leaders in their growth journey, presents The Captains Club - an inspirational “leadership learning journey” of six months for decision makers.
