Justice Arjan Kumar SIKRI Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, Justice Sikri, a Gold Medallist in LLB and LLM, began his practice in 1977 and became a Senior Advocate in 1997. He served as a judge and Chief Justice in various courts, including the Supreme Court of India, where he authored over 4,700 reported judgments. Recognized globally for his influence in Intellectual Property Laws, he now serves as a Judge at the Singapore International Commercial Court, Chairman of NBDSA, and Chairperson of multiple high-powered committees appointed by the Supreme Court of India.

A Gold Medallist in LLB and LLM, Justice Sikri started his practice in 1977. In 1997, he was designated as a Senior Advocate. In 1999 he was elevated as judge of Delhi High Court, and in 2011 its Acting Chief Justice. In September 2012, he became the Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court. In April 2013, he was appointed as the judge of the Supreme Court. He superannuated in March 2019 as the senior most puisne judge.
Justice Sikri has authored over 4700 reported judgements. In 2007, he was chosen as one of the 50 most influential persons in the world Intellectual Property Laws. He has authored numerous articles and presented papers in national and international conferences.
Currently, he is the Judge of Singapore International Commercial Court; Arbitrator & Mediator; Chairman of News Broadcasting & Digital Standards Authority (NBDSA); Chairperson,Grievance Redressal Board, Digital Publisher Content Grievances Council (DPCGC); Chairperson of the Oversight Committee and High Powered Committee of the Char Dham Projectappointed by the Supreme Court of India.
